Relaxing Massage

Ayurveda, very simply put, is an ancient study of holistic health from India. It means the  'science of life'  It is thousands of years old,  rooted in using natural methods and ancient wisdom to keep body, mind and spirit healthy.

This Ayurvedic non surgical facelift facial massage is more than a facial , it is a holistic treatment, helping to rejuvenate the outside and the inside.

Incredibly relaxing, creating that nourishment, improving sleep and a sense of wellbeing.

The Ayurvedic facial also works on Marma Points. Marma point are specific energy centres located around the body. Out of 108 Marma Points, 37 are on the head and neck. Stimulating these Marma Points help to break up stuck or stagnant energy and allows fresh energy to flow.

In Ayurveda, the 5 main elements of space, air, fire, water and earth combine to make 3 primary energy patterns. these patterns are called Vata dosha, pitta dosha and Kapha dosha. Answering a questionnaire to find out your current dosha indicates what oils to choose and what pressure to use to help bring the doshas back into balance.

Book a single facial is £55 for a 1hr 30 min appointment

Or book a course of 6 weekly sessions . First session is 90 mins and the rest at 75 mins. Single treatments would cost £305 but as a block booking it £280

What about trying an Ayurvedic Fusion?

A while ago,  I was asked if I could combine this facial with an Indian Head Massage, and of course I did. Since then a number of people have requested this 90 mins of hands on massage, concentrating on the upper back and shoulders, neck, scalp, face and arms and hands.

A true delight of an experience finishing and ending with a focus on breath which deserved a place on my treatment list.
