Join this gentle group where you learn reflexology techniques alongside music, singing and cake!Learn how to help with colic and constipation, sleep and teething, soothing and grounding, while chatting to other mums ( dads and grandparents welcome ) 🩷🩷 9.30 am till 10.45am followed by a relaxed (and relaxing) Pay as you go Parent and baby soundbath.
